I decided to train as a Restore Your Core™ teacher because I loved the positive effect it had on my own body. It really is like no other programme I’ve tried.

What is Restore Your Core™?

RYC is a whole body method to retrain the core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to your body. It combines sustainable and functional pilates- and yoga-based exercises, with a focus on biomechanics and alignment.

What’s different about Restore Your Core™?

RYC® gives you the knowledge and tools you need to understand your body better and work out more effectively.

RYC® isn’t just about building core strength, although it will help your core get stronger.  

You’ll learn about common core “cheats” and strategies that can contribute to core and pelvic floor dysfunction; how to spot when you’re using them; and how to build a functional, reflexive core that supports you both on and off the mat.

And because we’re not just a collection of parts, this is a programme that trains the core as a whole-body system. From optimal breathing for the core, to addressing tight hips and shoulders.

RYC® will help you discover your own preferred patterns – where your body likes to move, and what movements it avoids – so you can create more strength, mobility, stability and function.

RYC® takes a function over fit approach, encouraging you to return to the sports and activities you love once you feel ready and confident. It offers long term solutions over quick-fix, band-aid ones.

I have learnt so much from Hannah about how to support my core…I thought you just had to walk around with your stomach clenched but this is so not the case. I have now started to train my core to kick in when my body needs it. I can now lift in a safer way as by using my candles breath, my core knows it’s needed and springs into action.

Who is Restore Your Core™ suitable for?

Restore Your Core™ is suitable for people who are experiencing core and pelvic floor issues, such as:

  • A weak core or a gap in the core wall (diastasis recti)

  • Incontinence when running, sneezing, jumping, coughing

  • Constant back pain

  • Hip discomfort

  • Pelvic organ prolapse

Restore Your Core™ is also available as a 12-week online programme (that you get to keep for life).


Restore Your Core™ online classes

Online classes are a great way to improve core and pelvic floor function in a welcoming, supportive environment. Week by week, you’ll build whole body strength, mobility, stability and function in a progressive and sustainable way. I’ll show you ways to modify moves to fit your needs, and you’ll have access for a week to a recording of each class. Classes are kept to a maximum of 6 participants.

If you’re new to Restore Your Core™, Foundation Series are the ideal place to start. If you’ve completed a Foundation class and would like to progress your practice, the Intermediate Series is perfect for you.

Restore Your Core™ 1:1 coaching

Prefer a more individual, tailored approach? Work with me one-to-one.

Once you sign up for coaching, I’ll ask you to complete a confidential pre-screen questionnaire. Based on your goals for coaching, the first session will start with assessments, which may include postural alignment, breathing strategy, core strategy and/or gait, to identify any “blind spots” and patterns that may be holding you back.

Following the session, you’ll receive a video summary of your exercise programme.
